Meet The CEO

After seeing the movie Patch Adams and learning how influential patient visitations are to healing, Randy Payne decided he would devote his years in retirement to bringing laughter to hospitalized children and elder adults.

Randy is a graduate and member of Cheerful Clown Alley #166 Houston, Texas. He is also Member of Clowns of America and International. During his training, Randy studied under Karen Hoyer who taught Ringling Bros. Clown school. His training involved art of mime, clowning, puppetry. He also studied under Brenda Marshall art of hospitals and nursing homes visitations.  Currently, Randy visits hospitals, nursing homes and special needs facilities in the Houston area.

In the corporate world, Randy spent 31 years as senior manager in the bottled water industry. He then started an outdoor advertising business for the next 12 years. Now, he is pursuing his passion for helping others in need.
